Getting Started

It's simple! We provide each unit with a bin to place outside their door. Residents place their trash in the bin by 8 PM on collection nights, and our uniformed valets collect it during our evening window (8 PM - midnight). We transport all trash to your property's dumpster, so residents never have to make that walk.

Our standard collection window is 8 PM to midnight. Residents must have their trash out by 8 PM on collection nights. This evening schedule avoids disturbing residents during dinner hours.

Yes! We provide high-quality, durable bins to every unitโ€”at no extra cost. Bins are cleaned regularly and replaced free if damaged.

Absolutely! We offer recycling as an add-on to any plan with separate recycling bins and collection 1-3 nights/week.

We observe 6 major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Holiday schedules are communicated in advance.

If a resident misses the 8 PM cutoff, they wait until the next collection night. We recommend setting a phone reminder until it becomes habit!

For Residents

Place trash in the provided bin and set it outside your door by 8 PM on collection nights. Make sure the lid closes completely and bring the empty bin back inside after collection.

Allowed: Bagged kitchen waste, small boxes (broken down), general household items that fit with lid closed.

NOT Allowed: Hazardous materials, liquids, sharp objects (unless safely contained), extremely heavy items.

Contact your property management office. Replacement bins are typically delivered within 48 hours and are free for normal wear and tear.

Valet trash is typically a community-wide amenity. Individual opt-outs are generally not available since it's included in rent/fees. If you have concerns, speak with your property manager.
